Il peut alors s\u2019agir de le r\u00e9parer ou d\u2019en remplacer certains composants, voire l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de maintenance correspond donc la plupart du temps \u00e0 des actions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans l\u2019<strong>urgence<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Pour prendre un exemple simple, sur une voiture, changer une courroie de distribution cass\u00e9e est un acte de maintenance curative, en sachant que cela peut impliquer le changement d\u2019autres pi\u00e8ces du moteur endommag\u00e9es suite \u00e0 la rupture initiale.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la maintenance pr\u00e9ventive ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour sa part, la<strong> maintenance pr\u00e9ventive <\/strong>se caract\u00e9rise par une <strong>strat\u00e9gie planifi\u00e9e<\/strong>. Les interventions sur les \u00e9quipements se font alors \u00e0 intervalle de temps fixe ou sur la base de crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son but est de r\u00e9duire au maximum les actions de maintenance curative, en<strong> limitant les risques de dysfonctionnement et la fr\u00e9quence des pannes<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Le remplacement \u00e0 intervalle fixe (en kilom\u00e8tres) de la courroie de distribution d\u2019une voiture est un acte de maintenance pr\u00e9ventive, qui co\u00fbte moins cher qu\u2019une r\u00e9paration cons\u00e9cutive \u00e0 une casse et permet de prot\u00e9ger les autres pi\u00e8ces du moteur. Il peut n\u00e9anmoins arriver que la courroie soit chang\u00e9e trop t\u00f4t alors qu\u2019elle aurait encore pu \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour un certain nombre de kilom\u00e8tres sans risque.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La maintenance pr\u00e9dictive, ou maintenance 4.0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre ces types classiques de maintenance, la pr\u00e9sence de plus en plus importante de capteurs sur les sites de production permet aujourd\u2019hui de passer \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur : la <strong>maintenance pr\u00e9dictive<\/strong>, aussi appel\u00e9e \u00ab <strong>smart maintenance<\/strong> \u00bb ou <strong>maintenance 4.0<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principe est alors d\u2019<strong>analyser les donn\u00e9es<\/strong> disponibles saisies par les capteurs pour<strong> pr\u00e9dire quand les \u00e9quipements sont susceptibles de tomber en panne <\/strong>et donc de d\u00e9clencher les actions n\u00e9cessaires <strong>avant que ne se produise l\u2019incident<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les avantages de cette nouvelle strat\u00e9gie sont nombreux, notamment car elle permet de <strong>r\u00e9duire le nombre d\u2019actions correctives<\/strong> et d\u2019<strong>all\u00e9ger les actions planifi\u00e9es <\/strong>de maintenance pr\u00e9ventive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>S\u2019il existait sur une voiture un capteur permettant de mesurer la tension de la courroie de distribution, cela permettrait de ne changer celle-ci que lorsque le risque de rupture, bien qu\u2019encore faible, soit significatif. Le remplacement de cette pi\u00e8ce sur la base de ces crit\u00e8res correspondrait alors \u00e0 de la maintenance pr\u00e9dictive. La courroie serait alors utilis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re optimale, en \u00e9vitant les pannes immobilisantes et en prot\u00e9geant les autres pi\u00e8ces du moteur.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les objectifs de la maintenance 4.0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La robotisation, l\u2019automatisation et la digitalisation des sites de production font que les machines sont aujourd\u2019hui le c\u0153ur de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.freelance-engineering.fr\/blog\/technologies-industrie-4-0\/\"><strong>usine intelligente<\/strong><\/a>, o\u00f9 la pr\u00e9sence et les interventions humaines sont de plus en plus r\u00e9duites. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or, qui dit automatisation dit <strong>capteurs<\/strong>, \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui permettent de transformer une grandeur physique mesur\u00e9e en une donn\u00e9e digitale. En effet, l\u2019exploitation de cette somme d\u2019informations, son analyse par des techniques vari\u00e9es et par comparaison avec l\u2019historique des actions de maintenance, permet de passer \u00e0 une approche pr\u00e9dictive de gestion des \u00e9quipements de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les buts de cette strat\u00e9gie de maintenance 4.0 sont multiples. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9viter les arr\u00eats de production<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit en premier lieu de<strong> limiter les risques de panne<\/strong>, ce qui augmente le taux de disponibilit\u00e9 des outils et limite donc les arr\u00eats de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, c\u2019est une <strong>m\u00e9thode agile<\/strong>, qui n\u2019ob\u00e9it plus \u00e0 un plan de maintenance strict. Elle permet de programmer les interventions sur les \u00e9quipements<strong> uniquement lorsqu\u2019elles sont n\u00e9cessaires<\/strong>, avant l\u2019occurrence d\u2019une panne dont les signes annonciateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s par l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es disponibles, <strong>au moment le plus opportun<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en perturbant la production le moins possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maintenir la qualit\u00e9 du produit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette maintenance pr\u00e9dictive a aussi un impact direct sur le <strong>maintien de la qualit\u00e9 du produit<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, elle permet d\u2019\u00e9viter les d\u00e9rives et peut m\u00eame parfois permettre, \u00e0 terme, d\u2019<strong>all\u00e9ger le programme de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de production<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de maintenance 4.0 aboutit \u00e0 une r<strong>\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de production<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, ce sont notamment l\u2019<strong>abaissement des frais de maintenance<\/strong>, les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>allongement de la dur\u00e9e de vie des \u00e9quipements<\/strong> et la<strong> r\u00e9duction des stocks des pi\u00e8ces de remplacement<\/strong> qui induisent cet effet positif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment mettre en place la maintenance 4.0 ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que maintenances curative et pr\u00e9ventive font aujourd\u2019hui partie de la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils classique des industriels, une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente montre que seulement 49% d\u2019entre eux ont mis en place ou d\u00e9clarent s\u2019\u00eatre engag\u00e9s sur la voie de la maintenance pr\u00e9dictive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fait, si les avantages de la maintenance 4.0 sont \u00e9vidents, sa mise en place peut parfois rencontrer des freins, en particulier car elle requiert des<strong> comp\u00e9tences digitales importantes <\/strong>et des dispositifs adapt\u00e9s de collecte et d\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des adaptations manag\u00e9riales pour adopter la maintenance 4.0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>D&rsquo;un point de vue humain, 63% des entreprises estiment que le manque de comp\u00e9tences est un obstacle important \u00e0 leur transformation digitale. Seul le croisement de ces informations avec l\u2019historique des interventions curatives et pr\u00e9ventives sur un \u00e9quipement donn\u00e9 peut permettre de passer \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9dictif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, la mise en place de la maintenance 4.0 n\u00e9cessite l\u2019<strong>installation de dispositifs de collecte de donn\u00e9es adapt\u00e9s<\/strong> (capteurs connect\u00e9s, dispositifs de collecte mobiles) s\u2019ils ne sont pas encore disponibles sur le site industriel concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pannes ayant lieu sur les \u00e9quipements de production font partie des facteurs qui menacent la <strong>continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019activit\u00e9 <\/strong>d\u2019un site industriel.
