Cyber Security Engineer

Reactis Group is looking for a qualified Cyber Lead Architect (more than 10 years of experience) to strengthen the team of one of our clients, and focus on:

1) Cyber solutions: define and enhance cyber products architecture, provide guidance for maintenance

2) Business projects: perform security review, provide security guidance and deliverables to projects, improve framework

Mission activities

1. Maintain cyber solutions

• Provide expertise and support for our main Cyber solutions

• Investigate security events/alerts, Indicator of Compromise with high complexity or priority (level 3 support)

• Perform technology & cyber watch, suggest improvements, and implement them

• Define security reports/KPI, track deviations and get them solved

• Automate technical activities (Infra as Code, SOAR, scripts)

• Document cyber operation activities

• Provide training and handover to operation teams including SOC

2. Design Cyber architecture for projects

• Define security requirements adapted to project scope

• Study new solution, align Security project architecture to Cyber framework

• Assess risks, suggest mitigation or remediation actions

• Perform security architecture review

• Coordinate work with key partner teams (Network, Datacenters, IDM, Workplace, application teams…)

• Coordinate Security approvals

• Organize or participate in Design workshops

• Participate to project plan definition, evaluate cybersecurity involvement and workload

• Participate in solution implementation and security automation

• Control implemented solution is aligned with initial/approved design

3. Contribute to Cyber architecture framework & standards

• Define new architecture patterns and contribute to reference library

• Document use cases

• Participate to Security workflows and exception management process

• Define Cyber security automation for implementation, control and audit

• Present and promote Cybersecurity framework to partners, technical teams and management

• Contribute to Cybersecurity service catalogue definition

• Review and enrich cybersecurity standard solutions

• Perform Security techwatch

Technical skills:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Cybersecurity domain (5+ years), with experience in Network, IAM, audit, log management, encryption…

• Understanding and knowledge in DevOps practices is a plus

• Experience in designing and securing architectures (technical and application)

• Knowledge of Security frameworks (NIST, MITRE, CIS…)

• Experience in designing and prototyping security solutions

• Have good capacity of analysis, synthesis and communication (written and oral)

• Good understanding of IT technical constraints

• Experience in project life cycle

• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture
