Je suis à la recherche d'un expert SAP Manufacturing possédant une expérience dans le secteur du Fashion / Retail.

Ce rôle renforcera notre équipe transverse et assurera la cohérence des choix de conception de notre nouvelle solution manufacturing, en harmonie avec le core model existant pour les domaines Finance et Supply.

My client  has launched a transformation program of its back-o􀆯ice value chain to support its growth.

• Part of this transformation, the move to SAP manufacturing 
•  A general design was done, with some open points to be addressed        before moving to the detailed Design phase.

 The operations program

• manages the back-office core model, based on SAP S4 Fashion Core solution (Finance, Manufacturing and Distribution) & 18+ applications eco system (Reflex Web, Anaplan, Fluent, ...) 
• ensures the core model solution consistency and scalability.
•  provides a set of services to product teams involved in the core solution build and deployment.

In this context :

• we are seeking a Manufacturing expert to strengthen the

Role :

In collaboration with the LIVE project team and the Manufacturing Products teams, the Manufacturing expert is leading the functional design and the SAP solution content, ensuring it aligns with:

• business objectives, 
• SAP & D_Next standards, and the projects and deployment roadmap

 He is the functional scope keeper for all manufacturing processes transiting by SAP.

He evaluates and qualifies proposed solutions and alternatives for each
business requests prepared by the functional domains, as gaps or new
enhancements in order to maintain a stable core model with limited variations and Best Practices.

He organizes gap reviews and solution validation

He collaborates with the ongoing projects and initiatives impacting SAP solution,
being the first key contact to evaluate impacts on core solution.

His target is to maintains a standard solution by limiting custom developments, with a clean core approach and he prepares solution arbitration reviews and Solution Control Board sessions. 

In addition, the manufacturing expert monitors technological trends (BTP, automation, enhanced integration, reporting
solutions, SAP new components...) and propose innovative improvements.

• Collaborates closely with testing team to ensure solution coverage through test campaigns
• Collaborates closely with SAP Tech team to evaluate and validate technicalsolutions and ensure solution sustainability.

• Proven expertise in SAP Manufacturing under Retail Fashion vertical, with consistent experience in:
• PLM to SAP integration,
• production planning and execution,
• subcontracting,
• product costing, acquired through 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Co-construction & collaborative mindset
• Excellent pedagogy & facilitation skills (both written & oral)
