Description de la mission
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un  ServiceNow Platform Architect sur Paris dans un contexte internationnal.
The ServiceNow Platform Architect – CMDB & ITOM serves as the technical and architectural lead for the ServiceNow platform within our customer.
He or she ensures:
- Technical and architectural consistency across all ServiceNow deployments.
- The quality, reliability, and governance of the CMDB, a cornerstone of the IT operational model.
- The design, implementation, and evolution of ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Health).
- Alignment between the Group’s global needs, the local constraints of the OpCos, and ServiceNow best practices.
- He/she acts as a bridge between architecture, engineering, security, global and local teams, external partners, and ServiceNow governance.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience :
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in technical architecture.
- Proven expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Experience in multi-entity, international, and distributed environments.
- Participation in or leadership of complex, large-scale projects.
Technical Skills
- In-depth expertise in ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM.
- Solid understanding of IT data models, infrastructure, networks, and cloud.
- Skills in scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and integration architecture (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT governance.
- Very good understanding of security, monitoring, and SaaS best practices.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, ability to explain complex concepts simply, and technical leadership.
- Ability to work in a federated model with diverse OpCos.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to challenge, persuade, and guide.
Certifications (preferred)
- CSA - Certified System Administrator
- CIS ITSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management (strongly preferred)
- CAD - Application Developer (plus)
- ITIL Foundation
